- He holds a master’s degree in Social Sector Planning and Management from Makerere University, Diploma in project planning and management form Yousei University, Korea and a diploma in agricultural leadership from Canaan Leadership Centre, Korea.
- He is also on the board of directors of National Agricultural and advisory Services (NAADS), an autonomous governmental parastatal implementing agricultural inputs delivery, value addition and marketing.
- He is also on board of directors of Uganda National Farmers Federation (UNFFE) the largest farmers organization with over 70 farmers Associations and commodity specific organizations in Uganda.
- Also a steering committee member for Global Green Growth Institute (Uganda) a global body promoting the green growth pathways for economic development.
- Committee member for National Farmers Leadership Centre – Kampiringa, a government school that promote mindset change and innovative technologies for social economic transformation.
- Founder member and director for CAPIDA, a non-profit organization that promotes the use of renewable energy and livelihood among communities in Uganda

Mrs. Ben Bella Marion |
- Marion is an advocate of high court and she currently works with the directorate of public prosecutions.
- She is an entrepreneur and practices livestock farming in Kamwenge district western Uganda.
- The combination of legal knowledge and agricultural knowledge makes her relevancy to Suben investments by providing legal guidance to achieve its intended goals.

Prof. Kim JangSaeng
|
- Prof. Kim JangSaeng is a professor of humanities at Yousei University, Korea.
- He is also the deputy director at Canaan Global Leadership Centre Korea, a global institution that promotes mindset and livelihood philosophy in over 20 countries around the world. Prof. Kim brings Suben to an international exposure and concepts that complement its business strategies.
- He provides such experience in mindset change perspective into management and staffs of Suben that uplifts work, service and sacrifice spirit.
